A new hub for Esports innovation, competition, and digital excellence in the Philippines and beyond
Parañaque City, Philippines — November 10, 2025. The Esports World Federation (ESWF) and the International Federation of Esports MOBA (IFES MOBA) proudly announce the official opening of the World Esports MOBA Headquarters at The Peak Central Tower, Parañaque City — a milestone that cements the Philippines’ status as one of Asia’s fastest-growing Esports destinations.

The newly inaugurated World Esports MOBA Headquarters will serve as the central command center for global Esports operations, policy development, and event coordination under the joint leadership of IFES MOBA and ESWF President and Founder Arniel O. Gutierrez and IFES MOBA and JOE Solutions Chairman Edward J. Aguilar.
Designed to be both a creative space and digital operations hub, the headquarters will house facilities for tournament broadcasting, digital production, Esports training, licensing programs, and live content streaming, powered by state-of-the-art systems provided by Joe Solution Software System.
A Global Esports Vision Anchored in the Philippines
According to Arniel O. Gutierrez, President and Founder of ESWF, the establishment of the headquarters marks a pivotal step toward uniting the global Esports community under a structured, transparent, and inclusive federation model.
“The World Esports MOBA Headquarters in Parañaque is more than an office—it’s the beating heart of a global digital movement. We envision a world-class platform where Filipino talent, technology, and teamwork converge to lead Esports into a new era,” Gutierrez shared.
The International Federation of Esports MOBA (IFES MOBA), under the ESWF ecosystem, will focus on MOBA-based competitive titles such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), League of Legends, and Dota 2, fostering international cooperation and fair play standards across digital sports.
