Mandaluyong City, under the leadership of Mayor Ben Abalos, Vice Mayor Menchie Abalos, and the city council, was again recognized by the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) as one of the top-performing local government units (LGUs) in the National Capital Region (NCR) with excellent performance in Local Source Revenues and Yearly Growth of Local Source Revenues for both FY 2022 and FY 2023.
The recognitions were presented by BLGF Executive Director Consolacion Agcaoili and Department of Finance (DOF) Undersecretary Bayani Agabin at the awarding ceremonies in Quezon City on October 29, 2024. City Assessor’s Department Head Gener Sison and Business Permit and Licensing Department Head Catherine De Leon-Arce received the awards on behalf of the city.
